Today I have brought for you a  and delicious chicken soup recipe. I don't know how to make this soup in restaurants. But I am showing you how to make this soup at home. This soup is so much fun to eat and chicken soup recipe is a favorite of everyone in my family.


Recipe time:

Preparation time- 08 minutes,

Cooking time- 17 minutes, 

Total time- 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of chicken breast meat
  • 1 medium-size egg
  • 2-3 tablespoons of cornflour
  • Carrots cut into 1/3 cup cubes
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon soybean oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • Chopped spring onion, 1/4 teaspoon tasting salt, like lemon juice.


Directions:

Step 1

First take two bowls and beat a medium sized egg in one. In another bowl make a mixture with 1/3 cup water in 2 tablespoons of cornflour.


Step 2
Now take 4 cups of water in a pot and add 250 grams of chicken breast meat, 1/3 cup of carrots cut into cubes, 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soybean oil and 1/2 tea. Add a teaspoon of salt. Mix everything well and cook on low flame with lid for 15 minutes. So that the chicken meat is cooked well and the water does not dry out.

Step 3
After 15 minutes, when the chicken breast meat is cooked, take it out of the pot and cut it into small pieces and mix it well again in the pot. Then add 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of chili sauce and 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce and stir for 1 minute on low heat.

Step 4
Slowly pour the pre-prepared cornflour mixture and keep stirring on low heat for 1 minute. When the soup thickens, pour the beaten egg into the pot little by little, keep stirring with 1/4 teaspoon of testing salt, chopped spring onion. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Step 5
When cooked, turn off the oven and stir well with lemon juice. Serve hot. Fun, delicious and healthy chicken soup recipe.

Note:

* Before pouring the cornflour mixture into the pot, the potting mixture should be shaken well or the cornflower will stick to the pot.

* Lemon juice must turn off the stove. The stove can never be turned on.
